Scaff System supports and structures are made of metal and are used for the installation of photovoltaic systems.‎ Scaff System provides a wide range of options: - structures for large-span canopies - structures for carport roofing - structures for ground-mounted systems Characteristics of the system (Structures for Large Span Canopies): - structure available in different variants with free spans of up to 16 metres, the span width allows installation even on existing shed floors by unloading the loads at the pillars or support beams.‎ - materials: cold-formed hot-dip galvanised steel profiles in accordance with UNI EN ISO 1461 standards - class 8.‎8 bolting for assembly - modular system consisting of starting module and additional modules - purlin profiles prepared for the attachment of photovoltaic panels and for the passage of electrical cables - loads: the structures are sized in accordance with the regulations in force (Ministerial Decree 14/01/08 new technical standards for constructions) and are verified for accidental vertical load (snow): kg.‎ 100/sq.‎m.‎ and horizontal accidental load (wind): km/h 150.‎ On request, a special calculation report drawn up by a qualified technician will be supplied.‎ - centre distance between columns varies from 3000 to 16,000 mm - installation to be carried out on special reinforced concrete foundation raft or metal plinth.‎ - On request, the structures can be subjected to an additional epoxy powder coating treatment in the colours on our colour chart.‎ Characteristics of the system (Structures for carport roofs): - structure in standard and single-column version - materials: cold-formed galvanised steel profiles in accordance with UNI EN ISO 1461 - bolts and nuts for class 8 assembly.‎8 - modular system consisting of starting module and additional modules - purlin profiles prepared for the fixing of photovoltaic panels and for the passage of electrical cables - loads: the structures are dimensioned according to the regulations in force (D.‎M.‎ 14/01/08 new technical standards for constructions) and are verified for vertical accidental load (snow): kg.‎ 100/sq.‎m.‎ and horizontal accidental load (wind): km/h 150.‎ On request, a special calculation report drawn up by a qualified technician will be supplied.‎ - distance between columns approx.‎ 5200 mm (2 parking spaces) - installation to be carried out on special reinforced concrete foundation slab or metal plinth.‎ - On request, the structures can be subjected to an additional epoxy powder coating treatment in the colours indicated in our colour chart.‎ Characteristics of the system (Structures for ground-mounted photovoltaic systems): - structures in different versions depending on the type of ground installation - materials: hot-dip galvanised steelwork in accordance with UNI EN ISO 1461 standards- class 8 assembly bolts and nuts.‎8 - modular system composed of starting module and additional modules - purlin profiles prepared for the fixing of photovoltaic panels and for the passage of electrical cables - loads: the structures are dimensioned according to the regulations in force (D.‎M.‎ 14/01/08 new technical standards for constructions) and are verified for vertical accidental load (snow): kg.‎ 100/sq.‎m.‎ and horizontal accidental load (wind): km/h 150.‎ A special calculation report drawn up by a qualified technician will be supplied on request.‎ - centre distance between columns approx.‎ 3200 mm - installation to be carried out on special foundation slab or by driving into the ground using pile driving technique
