Oblìquo is a coffe table and stool distinguished by sharp, unconventional lines. The project was conceived during a period at the Peter Behrens School of Art in Düsseldorf.
Unlike the polytechnic approach, the academy emphasized a “learn by doing” philosophy. From an interplay of straight lines, Oblìquo took shape.
Crafted from zebrano wood, its essence lies in semi-parallel streaks of varying shades that run along the grain—side by side, never crossing. The result is a distinctive, independent, and versatile element that can adapt to any environment.
Wood: zebrano, oak, ask for more.
