Sky-Frame CLASSIC Glass and aluminium sliding window with built-in screen

Classic is a sliding windows that not only evokes the timeless appeal of the rectilinear window assembly, but also highlights its historical significance as the first ever Sky-Frame system.‎ The horizontal sliding window systems comprise insulating glass units with perimeter aluminium or glass-fibre-reinforced plastic (GRP) sections.‎ Mounted in aluminium frames that are fitted flush with floor and ceiling, the sliding units offer minimum rolling resistance when operated.‎ The system drainage for the flush assembly is via recessed channel or is installed below the raised outdoor floor covering.‎ The Sky-Frame Classic sliding windows are the most popular models thanks to their flexibility.‎ Sky-Frame Classic offers a huge range of options for combining technology and features.‎ The sliding windows can also be installed with a range of different opening options – side opening, centre opening (offset or on the same track), and the popular corner opening.‎ Any number of sliding elements can be combined and installed either symmetrically or staggered.‎ The guide system possible with Classic is Original, a guide system integrated into the floor.‎ The windows are frameless from ceiling to floor, like transparent.‎ And this thanks to a system of guides integrated into the floor.‎ On request, it is also possible to have the Plain guide system, an almost invisible guide that allows a passage completely flush with the floor between the inside and the outside: the sliding window moves along a slot in the floor just 10 millimeters wide.‎ The surface between the guides does not interrupt the floor covering, thus reinforcing the feeling of continuity.‎ APPLICABLE TECHNOLOGIES: Sky-Frame 1: single glass (only with Original option) Sky-Frame 2: double-glazed insulating glass Sky-Frame 3: triple-glazed insulating glass ADDITIONAL FEATURES: Fly: insect screen Drive: electric drive Guard: anti-burglary protection  Pocket: hidden sliding window Inline: flush-fitted glass panels Gun: bulletproof version Sun: shading solution Color: color customization Hurricane: hurricanerated frameless sliding doors Further info from manufacturer on CLASSIC Sky-Frame
