Terra Solida - Добавка для цемента и бетона
OPENCOMPOSIT FONDO is a multifunctional powder additive compound specially formulated to improve the rheology of mixes for draining road foundations made with traditional hydraulic binder, facilitating both manual and mechanized application.
This product line stems from the very current need to give bicycle or driveway paving an effective draining capacity while maintaining its strength and eco-friendliness. These particular pavings, which can be inserted in any landscape context, are widely used especially in areas where the hydro-geological balance must not be altered at all, also having the possibility of creating it where it does not exist. The careful selection of the inert material performed by our technicians makes it possible to find it almost anywhere, with the added possibility of adding natural oxides to the mix to give the pavement a more pleasant chromatic appearance.
What is it?
It is an environmentally friendly technology for constructing draining, 100% recyclable flooring, characterised by a natural appearance that neither alters nor contrasts with the surrounding environment.
How is it used?
It is mixed with a specific mix of monogranular aggregates whose composition guarantees the paving a draining capacity of more than 200l/sq.m. x min. thanks to a voids index between 15 and 20% and a high strength ensured by a uniaxial compression resistance at 28 days of curing, performed on 150 mm cubic specimens.
Why is it used?
CITY Open Paving makes it possible to create highly draining pavements in areas where there is absolutely no need to alter the hydrogeological balance, with high robustness, immediately practicable and with a longer service life.
Fields of use
Marine areas, woodlands, forests, natural parks, green areas of wineries, dairies, farms, archaeological sites or protected areas subject to historical, landscape and environmental constraints (SIC, ZPS, ZSC zones) golf courses and sports facilities, schools, universities, motorway rest areas, environmental and urban compensation or regeneration.
