Terra Solida - Консолидация грунта и основания
STABILSANA is an environmentally-friendly compounds, compliant in accordance with EEC Directive 89/106, consisting of a mixture of salts in the solid state (silicates, phosphates,
sodium carbonate and potassium powder). Stabilsana is not a binder, since it does not directly exert any typeof action in this sense, but favors the process of the hydraulic binder, through the activity of complex salts, which neutralize the organic films present in the soil that, when present to a high extent, would not allow for proper wetting of the soil by the binder. It also favors the dispersion and the function of the binder mixture in the soil.
A product line that was created for the rediscovery of the values of landscape and ecological integrity typical of natural dirt roads, therefore free of concrete, asphalt and bitumen, but which allows the overcoming of many functional limitations such as dustiness, mud, the presence of potholes now traced over time by the passage of NATURE Stabil Road tyres, as well as the economy of resources allows for the construction of 100% recyclable pavements with a low environmental impact, which do not alter the important hydrogeological balances otherwise compromised, the preservation of landscape colours and other aspects that are in any case relevant.
What is it?
It is an environmentally friendly technology for constructing 100% recyclable earthen paving, characterised by a natural appearance that neither alters nor contrasts with the surrounding environment.
How is it used?
It is mixed with on-site soils or with aggregates from quarries or recycled aggregates from demolition work.
Why is it used?
NATURE Stabil Road makes it possible to create immediately practicable pavements with a longer service life, achieved by counteracting the formation of localised rutting and subsidence. They do not require periodic backfilling, do not generate dust or mud and are safe because they prevent the formation of potholes.
Fields of use
Marine areas, woodlands, forests, natural parks, green areas of wineries, dairies, farms, archaeological sites or protected areas subject to historical, landscape and environmental constraints (SCI, SPA, ZSC zones) golf courses and sports facilities, schools, universities, motorway rest areas, environmental and urban compensation or regeneration.
