Vaselli POZZE Square stone shower tray

The POZZE shower tray in Pietra da Torre is made from a single slab in which a depression has been carved, the soft lines of which emulate the natural eroding of stone done by water.‎ The material is grouted, although the smaller pores are left open to preserve its natural appearance.‎ The Patinato finish gives it a softer feel, along with anti-slip properties.‎ The shower tray can be installed either raised above or flush with the floor.‎ The considerable thickness from which it is obtained allows the tray to sink into the solid, highlighted by the light and shadow that play harmoniously over its sinuous shapes.‎ The precision of geometric shapes contrasted with the softness of natural lines.‎ Inspired by the channels carved in stone by water with the passing of time, POZZE gives form to bathtubs, washbasins and shower trays that encapsulate natural basins within solid geometric figures.‎ The working of the block of stone and the contrast between sinuous and straight lines, curved and flat surfaces, enhances the developing of the textures and patterns of the material that moves among the planes of the monoliths coming out of this collection.‎ The solemnity of marble, the hand of man that emulates the combined work of water and time: thus are created the forms of POZZE.‎ Forms that have a single aim, personal well-being in body and spirit.‎ Further info from manufacturer on POZZE Vaselli
