CORALIA is a hand-blown glass pendant lamp.
Coralia is a new collection of hand-blown glass pendant lamps designed by Fuksas Architects.
It consists of three different sizes, offering versatility and the possibility of customized compositions.
The diffuser, essential and refined, is entirely handmade and enhanced with applications that highlight the ancient art of glassworking.
The transparent cable suspends the lamp with a harmonious alternation of small spheres and hemispheres, reminiscent of marine bubbles and the living surfaces of coral.
The name derives from that of a Greek princess, symbolizing courageous, united, and supportive women, guardians of stories that span time, intertwining the past and the future. Its name is rooted in the Latin corallium, derived from the Greek korállion, meaning "she who is protected by coral."
This lamp embodies its spirit and translates it into a tribute to the beauty of the sea and the organic shapes that inhabit it. Light and sinuous, it seems suspended like a marine creature in motion, with lines that recall corals smoothed by the currents.
The light, filtering through the transparent materials and metallic reflections, creates an enveloping effect, akin to the play of light underwater. A symbol of strength and harmony, this lamp transforms the space into a fluid and refined environment, where light and matter meet in a natural balance.
With this collection, the designers turn light into an emotional and narrative experience, celebrating feminine strength and the deep bond between nature and design.
