VENINI DARPANAH Blown glass table lamp

Darpanah is a table lamp made of mixed technique blown glass with a white painted metal base.‎ Appealing in shape and glow, it is tinged with a hint of Sapphire and Pink.‎ Darpanah fascinates the viewer.‎ Its powerful aesthetics urged Ettore Sottsass to turn to Sanskrit for inspiration.‎ Its name reflects its spirit: wonderful.‎ Darpanah is available in a numbered edition table lamp version.‎ “When we imagine glass objects, we feel very special emotions: we imagine light and colours that we cannot touch.‎ Then, suddenly, there is light and there are colours, yet we still cannot touch them.‎ They remain weightless, without temperature, living only in our imagination.‎ All this produces very special emotions.‎”(Ettore Sottsass) Colors: Milk-white / Sapphire / Red Light source: 1 x max 12W LED E27 - Dimmerable Numbered Edition Further info from manufacturer on DARPANAH VENINI
