V82 is a PVC patio door built on the basis of a standard VEKA system, available in the basic version and in the variants V82 LUCE, V82 PROSAFE and V82 MAJESTIC.‎ The characteristics that all the variants of the V82 windows share are mechanical strength, excellent performance against air (Class 4), water (E750), wind (C4) and high thermal efficiency: thanks to the use of glass packages with Ug equal to 0.‎5 W/m2K and Master Therm hot ducts the Uw thermal transmittance value obtained is up to 0.‎77 W/m2K.‎ All V82 windows are welded with the invisible V-PERFECT welding and are available in many colors, including the SPECTRAL films by Veka.‎ The V82 windows and its variants are always equipped for the Italian market with triple glazing compliant with UNI 7697 and are made with warm edge.‎ The "V82 LUCE" variant is made up of reduced geometries that can reduce opaque surfaces up to 95 mm of lateral node and 120 mm of central node, increasing the glazed surface by approximately 15% compared to the standard version.‎ The frame of this version is only for restoration with a 35 or 65 mm fin, but can be trimmed to zero mm thus making it possible to lay it in the center of the bundle.‎ The "V82 PROSAFE" variant is certified for anti-intrusion in class RC2.‎ Particular attention should be paid to the high number of safety catches and special hinges, the anti-rotating hardware, the handle with lock and key, the P4 safety glass glued to the door and the steel reinforcements cut at 45 degrees both in the door and in the frame.‎ The combination of all these measures allows to withstand the aggression of thieves for 15 minutes.‎ The "V82 MAJESTIC" variant can reach, in the 2-leaf version, dimensions up to 2.‎3 m x 2.‎4 m in height and, with 1 leaf, up to 1.‎0 m x 3.‎0 m in height.‎ Characteristics - PVC profiles 82 mm thick: impact resistant, VEKA extrusion with 7 chambers in the frame and 6 chambers in the door, A class, according to EN 12608, with external wall thickness of at least 2.‎8 mm to ensure high stability in the production phases and laying, increase resistance to shocks and temperature changes.‎ - MD system with 3 gaskets.‎ - Wide range of colors with wood effect films and in addition “Spectral” finish silky to the touch.‎ - French doors with 1 leaf certified with up to 3.‎0 m height and 1.‎0 m width can be made - Standard window glass: triple chamber with internal safety glass, Warm Edge duct with Ug = 0.‎5 W/m2K according to EN673 and confirmations to UNI 7697.‎ - Standard glass for French windows: chamber with triple internal and external safety glass, Warm Edge duct with Ug = 0.‎5 W/m2K according to EN673 and confirmations to UNI 7697.‎ - Hardware: ROTO, micro-ventilation system for hinged/flap doors, anti-false maneuver device and two standard anti-burglary strikers - Seals: EPDM Further info from manufacturer on V82 Vetrex Italia
