BATON ROUGE - Модульный кожаный диван

The Baton Rouge sofa originates from a clear, compact and continuous volumetric gesture.‎ A fully developed construction in which surfaces flow without perceptual interruption, asserting a solid and coherent presence within the space.‎ The system is articulated through monovolumetric platforms that define the layout with essential clarity, like bases capable of organizing the environment with measure and determination.‎ The armrests, generous and structural, do not overlap the seat but represent its natural extension: sculptural continuations that broaden the surface and reinforce the perception of stability and comfort.‎ The platform, taut and continuous, introduces a subtle dynamic, balancing mass and momentum in a calibrated equilibrium.‎ The backrests, shaped by organic lines, settle naturally onto the bases.‎ The softness of the upholstery engages in dialogue with the firmness of the compositional framework, generating a system of interdependent volumes in which each element contributes to the construction of the whole.‎ At the rear connection point, the “shields” are introduced—trapezoidal elements that resolve the structural joint while introducing a measured geometric tension.‎ Not mere details, but design features that express method and precision, embodying manufacturing excellence.‎ The horizontal bases form the structural plane upon which the entire system rests.‎ In certain configurations, they extend beyond the perimeter of the upholstered volumes, becoming integrated surfaces.‎ The seating thus expands into a broader spatial dimension, redefining the relationship between body, object and space.‎ Baton Rouge emerges as a spatial device capable of shaping the interior landscape through the quiet strength of form.‎ A project that invites permanence, slowness and a conscious relationship with the surrounding environment, its name evoking the continuous and profound flow of the Mississippi.‎
