CERTARO NS is Wavin's range of oil separators conforming to EN 858 Class I.‎ CERTARO NS oil separators are separators that are used in the treatment of all types of oily waste water, e.‎g.‎ rainwater from parking areas or waste water from vehicle washing stations.‎ The operation of the oil separator is based on gravitation.‎ Oil separation is intensified by means of a coalescence unit.‎ The water enters the separator through the sedimentation chamber where an initial separation of suspended material (e.‎g.‎ sand and soil) takes place by settling.‎ Before leaving, the water passes through a coalescence filter that retains the oily parts in suspension.‎ Thanks to the high functionality of this filter, even the smallest drops of oil can be retained, increasing the efficiency of the separator.‎ CERTARO NS oil separators are suitable for installation under SLW 60 road loads, the depth of installation is a function of the groundwater level, CERTARO NS oil separators can withstand a buoyancy of 2.‎5m measured from the base of the tank.‎
