Werner works BASIC CAP HOME Wooden secretary desk / highboard

Working from home, or remote working, is becoming a common form of work, and as a result, it will be a central component of offices in the future.‎ The changing requirements of work mean that our living spaces are also changing: workstations to facilitate smart working are being set up in living rooms, halls or even in bedrooms.‎ This often creates a demand for environments to be flexible because there is not always a separate workroom available.‎ basic cap Home combines storage space and workplace in a single piece of furniture.‎ The minimalist design of the basic cap storage range in combination with the pull-out top panel as a worktop offers a comfortable place to work without sacrificing aesthetics.‎ The wide range of design possibilities in terms of colour and material, from single-colour décor to real wood veneer and painted surfaces in all RAL and NCS colour shades, means that basic cap Home will integrate perfectly into your existing living space.‎ Less is more.‎ Hardly any storage concept embodies this maxim as effectively as basic cap.‎ With its minimalist design, perfected concept and precise workmanship the cabinet is characterised by end-to-end simplicity.‎ The minimal joints, handle-free fronts and a clear, cubic expression of form make basic cap a compact but sophisticated storage range that complements any interior design conept.‎ Basic in-line elements with swing-open fronts and end-to-end top with mitred joint that fits flush to the front constitute the basic cap.‎ The top and front thus form a complete entity and lend the cabinet its distinctive character.‎ The visible rear panel of the cabinets is clearly advantageous: Even when standing alone, basic cap cuts a good figure and the rear and front positioning allows for clear-cut architectural alignment.‎ In open plan room configurations this storage system thus provides utilisation of both sides without detracting from the uniformity of the fronts.‎ The individual cabinet modules of basic cap can be equipped as desired with either drawers, swing doors or flaps.‎ Particularly attractive are the matching colours of the top and front in the lacquered or genuine wood veneer version.‎ All single colour and wood decors in the werner works collection are available.‎ Glass shelves delicately link cabinets and lend them an air of simplicity yet spaciousness.‎ Whether in the role of a perfect organiser for openplan offices, as a representative highboard in the executive office or as a wall lowboard with purist flair, basic cap with its timeless design in conjunction with a wide range of available materials simply looks outstanding in either a working or living environment.‎ Further info from manufacturer on BASIC CAP HOME Werner works
