Ytong Y-PRO M - Легкий бетонный блок для внутренних перегородок

Cellular concrete thin blocks and tapped slabs from Ytong, characterised by a high degree of lightness and excellent workability, are the ideal solution for renovation work and the construction of light, strong interior structures.‎ The rigorous calibration of the Ytong blocks and the thin-joint laying method allow for perfectly flat surfaces.‎ This characteristic allows for the direct laying of ceramic claddings.‎ Thin slabs and blocks, produced in thicknesses of 8 - 10 - 12 - 15 cm, are intended for the realisation of thin linings, fireproof counterwalls, interior works in general such as under baths, shower cubicles, kitchens and masonry shelving, cladding of old walls and, in combination with insulating materials, the reduction of thermal bridges on load-bearing structures (floor curbs).‎ Composed of all-natural raw materials, Ytong thin blocks and slabs with a density of 500 kg/m3 ensure high mechanical strength, good acoustic performance, excellent laying speed and very good fire resistance.‎ Advantages: Ytong thin blocks and tapped planks offer: - Fire resistance (EI120 for thickness 8 cm, EI180 for thicknesses 10 and 12 cm, EI240 from thickness 15 cm) - Ease of execution and speed of laying - High lightness and workability - Fire reaction in Euroclass A1 (fire retardant) - Possibility of direct tiling Laying To ensure excellent assembly quality and greater solidity of the work, the blocks and tapped slabs with smooth faces must be laid with Ytong adhesive mortar that is easy to prepare and use, and laid with a notched trowel to obtain an even layer.‎ Ytong adhesive mortar is anti-sulphate to guarantee resistance to moisture.‎ When gluing the smooth blocks, spread the mortar on both horizontal and vertical surfaces for a perfect seal on all four sides.‎ Always use a notched trowel as wide as the thickness of the blocks to be laid.‎ Generously fill the trowel with mortar and then, in one movement, turn it over so that the teeth are in contact with the surface to be bonded and pull it towards you.‎ A tile covering can be applied directly onto the blocks with a specific water-resistant adhesive.‎ More than 100 years ago, in 1923, architect and researcher Dr.‎ Axel Eriksson invented "vapor-vulcanized gas concrete" in Sweden - now known as autoclaved aerated concrete.‎ Together with Carl August Carlén, an entrepreneur, they started the first production in 1929 in Yxhult, southern Sweden, at a time of great scarcity of raw materials and stricter energy laws.‎ A competitive advantage on the market The sustainability of buildings is increasingly at the center of construction trends, with modern sustainability policies undertaken by international institutions and organizations that have favored the increase of this trend.‎ The choice of materials and construction technologies are fundamental to obtaining homes that consume less and consequently have a lower environmental impact.‎ A sustainable home can cost on average 8% more than a normal home, but this difference is compensated by numerous advantages in the long term: a healthier and more comfortable environment, significant economic savings compared to bills and a higher value of the building; It is estimated, in fact, that the value of a green property can increase from 2 to 10% with sales times halved from 8 to 4 months.‎
