Hybris31 is a flexible heat-reflective insulation that offers thermal and acoustic insulation and airtight sealing in a single solution. It features highly innovative technology that is unrivalled on the market and looks to the future of heat-reflective insulation. It has a thermal conductivity (lambda) value of λ=31, giving it extremely high thermal resistance.
To achieve this result, Actis has improved the metallisation process of the heat-reflective film, adding a new recycled polyethylene foam and a honeycomb structure that exploits the natural insulating qualities of air.
Available in various thicknesses – from 50 mm to 155 mm – it has an intrinsic thermal resistance value ranging from R=1.60 m²K/W to R=5.060 m²K/W. With two air gaps, these values range from R=2.25 m²K/W to R=5.60 m²K/W.
Hybris31 is ideal for internal insulation (walls, partitions and roof pitches) in new buildings and renovation and refurbishment projects.
The technical characteristics of Hybris31 heat-reflective insulation make it suitable for use in PNRR projects and where CE and CAM certificates are mandatory.
Hybris 31 acts as a double vapour barrier and does not require the installation of an additional membrane, ensuring greater comfort in the living space. Hybris31 provides thermal insulation (summer/winter), acoustic insulation and airtightness for walls and roof pitches.
Hybris31 is an insulating material tested and certified in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 22097:2023 (which replaced UNI EN 16012+A1) and is the new benchmark for determining the thermal performance of reflective insulating products.
