TBG is an oil-free air/water chiller for outdoor installation.‎ Suitable for air-conditioning and the production of hot water for large-sized services in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.‎ Cooling capacity: 200 ÷ 1166 kW Cooling only Centrifugal compressor Axial fan Shell and tube exchanger Lownoise version (Option) Network operation (Option) Compatible with ModBus protocol (Option) For two pipes plants New TBA/TBG series air-to-water chillers with Turbocor magnetic levitation compressors, available with refrigerants R134a, R513A (XP10) and R1234ze The TBA/TBG series chillers, designed for outdoor installation, are particularly suitable for all applications where very high efficiency is required at full and part load.‎ The inverter-equipped magnetic levitation compressors modulate from 30% to 100% of power, thus offering the highest SEER value, the efficiency at varying loads.‎ With a view to maximising energy efficiency and respecting the environment, the TBA/TBG project included the highly efficient flooded evaporator with reduced refrigerant content (40% less than the previous series) and the electronic thermostatic valve.‎ The adoption of micro-channel coils allows a further reduction in refrigerant charge compared to traditional finned coils.‎ The availability of versions with the new R513A (XP10) and R1234ze refrigerants, fluids with reduced greenhouse effect potential, puts the TBA/TBG series particularly in tune with the themes of safeguarding the ecosystems of our Planet.‎ Maximum attention has been paid to reliability: the TBA/TBG series is in fact equipped with the innovative flooded evaporator that guarantees correct overheating, thus inhibiting the possibility of harmful liquid return to the compressor.‎ The noiselessness of the TBA/TBG series is guaranteed by the use of Turbocor compressors with magnetic levitation which ensure very low noise emission and total absence of vibrations, and by the adoption, as standard, of fans equipped with inverters.‎ The TBA/TBG series range covers a nominal cooling capacity from 200 to 1400 kW.‎ Further info from manufacturer on TBG AERMEC
