Askia BAFFLE Office coat rack

This collection of acoustic grid ceiling panels enhances both the acoustic performance and the visual appeal of your office's grid ceiling.‎ With a wide range of designs and colors, these panels can complement any interior.‎ Featuring three ceiling aesthetics (volumetric, baffle, and flat) and two installation methods (grid resting and magnetic), these panels provide versatility and superior acoustic performance, improving the office environment.‎ What is acoustics? Acoustics represents the properties of a room, determining how sound is transmitted and its quality.‎ The goal of acoustic performance is to reduce the reverberation time, which is the time it takes the sound to drop to 60 dB.‎ In a room with good acoustics, there is no reflection of sound.‎ This means that the sound is either absorbed by the materials in the space, attenuated by materials with low sound reflection or diffused by irregular materials.‎ Good acoustics is important because it improves sound comprehension, reduces fatigue and increases productivity.‎ The most efficient solution is to use sound absorbing materials, such as PET-Felt, as well as create areas for meetings.‎ With more than 60 designs and 25 colors available, the Acoustic Ceiling Panels Collection seamlessly integrates with any interior aesthetic.‎ Our designs fall into three categories—baffle, volumetric, and flat—providing a variety of ceiling options perfect for any office space.‎ The adaptability of the Acoustic Ceiling Panels Collection is unmatched.‎ With designs that can be change from one ceiling type to another and with two installation methods, magnetic and resting on the grid, the office space is transformed.‎ We recommend the magnetic designs for those who wish to keep the original grid panels, and the resting on the grid designs for those who wish to achieve a bigger space renewal.‎ Dropped Ceiling Grid The dropped ceiling, also known as a secondary ceiling, is a grid system that hangs tiles from the main structural ceiling.‎ Its primary purpose is to conceal wires and pipes while allowing easy access to them.‎ Traditionally, it features basic flat white tiles, but modern designs incorporate various shapes, colors, and materials.‎ Contemporary solutions also aim to improve room acoustics and insulation, depending on the materials used.‎ The collection is compatible with grids using 600x600mm tiles and 15 or 24mm profiles.‎
