ORIONE is a low-temperature heating film, glued onto rigid mineral wool thermal insulation, 40 mm thick, shaped on the edges along the laying direction (longitudinal).‎ The ORIONE panel uses infrared technology with far radiation and allows you to obtain heating with maximum comfort and health benefits.‎ Every surface, from the floor to the walls, is heated evenly and uniformly.‎ Completely silent, there is no air recirculation and therefore no stratification, no lifting of dust and bacteria.‎ The ceiling will be transformed into a large radiant surface, which will guarantee comfortable and homogeneous heat for the whole room, with low consumption.‎ Silent and invisible, the walls will be free from clutter and only the comfortable climate will remember the presence of the heating.‎ The panels are designed to be installed on metal structures of standard false ceilings.‎ The ceiling is then “closed” using plasterboard or wood panels.‎ There are heating panels and neutral panels.‎ The neutral modules have an identical constitution to the radiant modules but without the heating film.‎ The connection of the ORIONE radiant panels to the dedicated power line takes place "without tools", simply by inserting the connectors in the junction boxes.‎ The heating modules have an active power of 135w/m².‎ 2 versions: • For false ceilings with a 60 mm center distance, associated with specific plasterboard sheets for this use • For false ceilings with 50 mm center distance, associated with standard plasterboard “4PRO13” (Special Ceiling, 4 tapered edges) In compliance with the technical evaluation issued by the CSTB (9+14/14-986).‎ Characteristics can be used with plasterboard or wooden false ceilings suitable for flat or sloping ceilings wide range of accessories for fixing and adjustment.‎ plug and play connection Technical data • Panel output: 135 W/m² • Voltage ~230V • Total panel thickness: 40 mm • Heating film thickness: ~0.‎2 mm • Single connection • Maximum working temperature: 80°C • Panel width for 50 cm and 60 cm center distances
