Beton Uno

Beton-Uno L00 is a medium-density fibreboard coated on the casting side with polyethylene terephthalate PET, which is 100 per cent impermeable, giving compactness to the concrete surface and uniformity of colour to the casting surface.‎ Application  FACCIAVISTA L00 panels are supplied ready to use.‎ The use of any type of release agent is strongly discouraged.‎ The panels are fixed inside the formwork with nails, screws or staples or with contact adhesives.‎ Placing the panels on the formwork is the most important procedure for successful casting, so great care and sufficient time must be taken.‎ The first step is to present the panels on the formwork in order to check measurements, fit, etc.‎ If the panels need to be trimmed, a box cutter or a sharp knife is used.‎ The formwork must be clean to prevent any remaining dirt from causing swelling between the formwork and the panels.‎ Caution: the panels do not compensate for any imperfections in the formwork.‎
