Plastic material panel (polypropylene) for radiant systems with reduced thickness.‎ Available in 3 types: - Base: only panel, mechanical application on existing flooring - Pins: with protruding feet for application on generic insulation; feet height 13 mm.‎ - Stick: with adhesive strip for gluing on existing flooring.‎ Panel thickness 22 mm.‎ Panel dimensions 600x800 mm.‎ The system is laid like a normal knuckle panel, but has the advantage that a screed above the panel of reduced thickness (8 mm) is sufficient, as the entire panel is immersed in the screed.‎ Due to its minimal overall height, it is suitable for use in renovations.‎ The reduced thickness of the screed above the pipe results in a lower thermal inertia of the system and a faster response.‎ The plastic material the panel is made of (polypropylene) is 100 % recycled.‎ Patented product The special geometry of the embossment is designed to respond to all the mechanical stresses to which a radiant floor system is subjected.‎ The spider web of SPIDEREX totally embedded in the screed also acts as a distribution mesh, allowing the thickness of the screed to be reduced.‎ With a footprint of only 20 mm (excluding the thickness of the finish) using the specific level UFH-LIV-SPR or similar, it is possible to create a high-performance radiant system in adherence to the existing floor.‎
