CEDA - Трубопровод и продукция для воды и сточных вод
The special feature of vibrocentrifuged concrete pipes is the 'radial compression' production technique, which allows the production of reinforced concrete products of high specific weight and high mechanical strength.
The reinforcement, realised with an electronically controlled automatic machine, consists of a rigid electrowelded cage with continuous spiral and vertical bars so as to guarantee minimum iron cover, which is not possible with other types of reinforcement, and compliance with the minimum ratio between the area of the iron and the area of the cross-section performed longitudinally on the pipe of 0.25%, with improved adherence steel, as expressly provided for by the European standard UNI EN 1916:2004. The diameter of the irons, the interest of the coils and their number are defined in the design.
The production is carried out by means of a vertically translating, rotating cylindrical mandrel which tamps the concrete against the inside walls of the formwork. The spindle is equipped with idle press rollers that are kept rotating by adherence to the concrete and which, during the vertical traverse of the spindle, compact the mix that is gradually fed into the formwork from above. The simultaneous vibration of the concrete further improves the characteristics of the product, creating perfectly smooth and uniform pipes on the internal and external surfaces for a perfect watertight seal.
