ADVANTAGES
Ergon Normal by Celegon is a door with a metal frame and laminated door leaf built to withstand the heavy use commonly associated with public spaces, however it has also long proven its exceptional qualities in other applications.
SOLID AND DURABLE
The special design of this model and the mix of materials used to build it allow NORMAL to withstand particularly intensive use, impacts, and moisture. The metal frame (rounded or square) is available in the following materials: stainless steel, steel finished with epoxy powder, anodized aluminum, painted aluminum. The hollow-core door, 50 mm thick, is built using hardwood external frame members. The upper and lower members are made using marine-grade plywood finished in water repellent paint. The vertical sides of the door are protected by an aluminum profile that wraps around the edges. The door leaf has a honeycomb core with high density polystyrene covered with 5 mm MDF panels and finished in a 0.9 mm (minimum) laminated plastic outer surface.
COMPLIANT WITH EXISTING REGULATIONS
Designed to meet the needs of communities, NORMAL is designed and built with high quality non-toxic materials, no protruding accessories or sharp edges, and flush-fitting elements. This makes it particularly suitable in applications where strict compliance with health and safety regulations (Law 626/94 in Italy) and frequent antiseptic washings are required. Furthermore, the type and thicknesses of its components provide a high level of soundproofing.
COMMUNITY LINE opening systems for community premises
The Community Line Celegon doors are opening systems designed for use in high-traffic public places, developed in full compliance with safety, resistance and quality standards.
Community Line was designed with particularly high safety standards based on the needs of very crowded public places, such as schools, sports centres, offices, hospitals and nursing homes.
With regard to these types of environment, access to the premises must be simple even for people with special needs, such as children, the elderly or people who use a wheelchair.
The opening and closing of the doors must be quick, designed for daily emergency operations, such as the passage of operators and stretchers, or extraordinary, as in the case of mass exiting.
The Community Line doors meet all these needs and are made in compliance with health and hygiene regulations: ergonomically designed, made of coplanar elements and free of corners, they are ideal for quick and frequent antiseptic washings. Moreover, they can be installed on a normal sub-frame, without additional costs compared to traditional opening systems.
Traditional costs with the advantage of a particular product quality; the result of an ergonomic study specific to the sector. Robustness and usability guaranteed over time and a wide range of finishes and sizes, make the Community Line doors suitable for any type of environment.
The Celegon Community Line double-leaf doors are the first to be available with Push & Go Evo, the exclusive Celegon patent system for the rapid release of the secondary door in double leaf doors. Push & Go Evo allows the secondary door to be unlocked extremely quickly; a feature that becomes of fundamental importance for hospital rooms, to facilitate access for disabled people and in places where emergency situations need to be managed easily.
Community Line boasts three different products, each one with particular technical features that share the peculiarities of the line’s safety and quality.
