Condor

For the construction of single-sided walls, Condor offers a series of shoring equipment called CONTROTERRA.‎ Depending on the height of the wall, two systems are available: - OMNI counter earth - MF counter earth These systems are compatible with all WALL FORMWORKS manufactured by Condor.‎ The buoyancy of the concrete is transmitted through the formwork to the single-sided truss elements.‎ The latter are firmly anchored to the support surface by means of anchor bars embedded at 45° in the wall foundation.‎ The types of anchorage are different depending on the tensile force acting at the anchorage point on the ground.‎ The anchoring systems can be realised with DW15, DW20 and DW26 bars.‎ There are two anchorage points so that the tensile force is distributed over the two anchor bolts.‎ For the dimensioning of the anchor bars, please refer to the technical manual.‎ OMNI shoring The OMNI shoring system can be used for the concreting of single-sided walls up to a maximum height of 4.‎50 m.‎ OMNI shoring is a simple way of creating formwork shoring (both frame and beam) by combining normal steel beams with accessory elements.‎ The system consists of just a few elements, all of which can be moved and transported by hand.‎ Further info from manufacturer on OMNI Condor
