It is a birch plywood formwork panel with plastic covering.‎ The polyolefin-based outer surface is an improvement on the traditional multilayer panel with phenolic film.‎ The characteristics of the system are: -- High cast finish even after multiple uses; -- Simplified dismantling; -- High resistance to abrasion and UV rays and therefore greater durability; -- Drastic reduction of water absorption; -- Excellent resistance to corrosive chemicals, such as alkalis in concrete that attack the surface during pouring; -- Easy and fast cleaning after pouring; -- Fully recyclable; -- High number of reuses: up to four times higher than conventional phenolic multilayer - up to 300 reuses - (purely indicative values highly dependent on conditions of use and treatment).‎
