ECOSOLAIO® - Самонесущая опалубочная панель для плит
In order to comply with the dictates of Law Decree no. 311 of 29 December 2006, "corrective and supplementary provisions to Law Decree no. 192 of 19/02/05 implementing European Directive 2002/91/EC on energy efficiency in buildings" (G.U. no. 26 of 01/02/2007), we have developed new technological initiatives by creating ECOSOLAIO®.
The advantage of building decks with this technology, compared to traditional slabs, is that of being able to realise prefabricated elements that are made to measure, manageable and of limited weight; thanks to this last characteristic, they are ideal for use in seismic areas. ECOSOLAIO® was born from the continuous research for the optimisation of slab building components, especially with regard to the problems of thermal insulation of the envelope. This insulated slab consists of an EPS (high density expanded polystyrene) base into which the concrete joists are made, reinforced with electro-welded lattice girders and additional B450C reinforcement in the quantity required to meet the load-bearing capacity requirements set by the designer of the structure.
These joists are spaced at a suitable distance from each other so that polystyrene lightening elements can be inserted.
ADVANTAGES
Maximum thermal insulation, uniform and permanent
Elimination of thermal bridges
Maximum lightness, extremely easy to lay
Semi-self-supporting in transitional phase
Anti-seismic
Extreme ease of finishing the intrados
Provision for metal profiles with 40 cm pitch for plasterboard laying
Provision for wooden battens for laying beads
Maximum variability in thickness
Maximum variability in concrete cover, up to 4.5 cm
Insertion of load bearing reinforcements by the prefabricator
No load-bearing capacity limits
INSTALLATION
Handling, possible storage on site and installation of the ECOSOLAIO® must be carried out scrupulously following the methods indicated in the tables accompanying the products, which contain the assembly diagrams, the spacing of the temporary dock and the supplementary irons.
