ED System

The Carbon ED SYSTEM System allows to realize a resistant and optimally insulated wall, in a single passage.‎ It is a constructive system in blocks-formwork of expanded polystyrene (EPS), to be assembled dry, and to be cast in place.‎ Designed to create reinforced concrete walls, integrates, in a single solution, the mechanical resistance of concrete with the thermal insulation properties of polystyrene.‎ In fact, Carbon ED SYSTEM realizes in a single phase: - Anti-seismic carrier structure -Tamponamenti -Thermal insulation -Soundproofing The structure is in reinforced concrete, will have sept 15, 20, 25 or 30 cm depending on the static and structural needs, and the insulation is guaranteed by two walls of EPS with a minimum thickness of 5 cm, which can reach up to 15 cm, perfectly in solidarity with each other.‎ Our worst structure ensures a noise reduction of 53db (we reach up to 63 db of abatement), are therefore suitable for use as dividers between real estate units, (the standard provides in fact a reduction of at least 50db).‎ At the thermal level, our combinations of structures start from a transmittance of 0.‎31 w / m2k with a wall of 25 cm, and reach up to the value of 0.‎10w / m2k with a wall of only 45 cm! Unimaginable values ​​on traditional structures! Our building system is particularly recommended if you want to build buildings in compliance with earthquake regulations, with those relating to energy saving and acoustic insulation, while maintaining small wall thicknesses, but above all containing construction costs.‎
