The ED2 monodirectional floor is suitable for use in "normal" buildings where the lights between supports are not excessive.‎ When you have to face more demanding challenges such as important lights, reduced thicknesses, openings of stairs to the center of the room and higher loads, the one-way limit manifests limits evident.‎ The full slab is a classic answer, but in modern earthquake-resistant and savings buildings energy must also take into account the weight of the floors and a structure completely in reinforced concrete, turns out to be very heavy.‎ Here we have therefore hypothesized to combine the advantages of a full insole with the advantages of the our floor lightened and insulated! The thicknesses are contained and represent a strength of the new program Carbon ED2.‎ It was not enough to create an easy-to-manage system, extremely versatile for every size, we wanted to completely eliminate the possible thermal bridges.‎ We could have been content, but we wanted to avoid that in the intrados the metal profiles appeared, so as to be able to plaster the floor without any precautions.‎ An attic that opens new design horizons for the professionals of the sector, combining big ones architectural lights, high loads, lightness and great insulation of the decks.‎ Its standard module allows you to generate trellises of load-bearing joists with 60x60cm mesh.‎ An attic that can be installed on a full board, a trellis, or with our system of formwork using simple prismatic undersized boards to make it suitable also to small construction sites.‎ We did not want a system from which only the big builders they could benefit, it had to be suitable for the largest possible number of customers!
