The PANNELLO ARCHITETTONICO® has, like traditional panels, good flexural strength, which makes it particularly suitable for plugging buildings with frames or large spans subject to horizontal thrusts (wind, earthquake). In the now numerous buildings constructed with this system, the panels take on the appearance of a masonry block or slabs, with the advantage of obtaining a more accurate and precise execution compared to the standards obtainable on the building site, and naturally faster. Surfaces
The surfaces of the blocks are equal to the workmanship of natural stone with polished, bush-hammered and striated surfaces and split facing blocks. Twenty-five shades are available.
Colours
The external visible surfaces are the classic ones of smooth, split, shaped or granite blocks, whose great variety of colours, shades and tones is an inexhaustible source of creativity for the designer. The colouring created in the concrete mass with the use of white or grey cement, inorganic oxides and coloured grits remains unaltered over time, while the concrete of the blocks, very compact and water-repellent in the mass, has very low values of water absorption by imbibition and capillarity. This prevents the penetration of rainwater, allows it to withstand frost and thaw well, and together with the large thickness it provides excellent protection for the metal reinforcement, thus guaranteeing greater durability.
