TERMOPARETI® WPM/C are insulated metal façade panels.‎ Thermal insulation CFC-free, self-extinguishing polyurethane foam (PUR) obtained in accordance with UNI EN 13165.‎ On request, foams with fire behaviour class 0-2 in accordance with D.‎M.‎ 26/6/84, or B2 DIN 4102 can be supplied.‎ For special requirements, foams with polyisocyanurates (PIR) can be produced, which by their nature have superior fire behaviour.‎ The main characteristics of the foams are: Density: 40 - 42 kg/m³ Thermal conductivity coefficient: λ=0.‎022 W/m°K Compressive strength: 140 -150 KPa Waterproofness: 98% closed cell (anigroscopic material) Thicknesses: mm 25-30-35-40-50-60-80-100-120 (on request 150-180-200) Dimensional tolerances Coating thickness according to applicable UNI EN standards Panel thickness: h ≤ 100 mm ± 2 mm; h > 100 mm ± 3 mm Length: ± 5 mm Out-of-squareness of cut: s ≤ 0.‎5 of useful width compared to declared values Special features: all TERMOPARETI® panels are equipped with a continuous PVC profile with special interlocking, on the female side, to give greater stability to the fixing and to prevent the sheets from detaching from the insulation, both during handling and during installation (excluding thicknesses mm 100 -120-150-180).‎ The insulating metal panels called TERMOPARETI® are the well-known monolithic panels researched and made by ELCOM SYSTEM S.‎p.‎A.‎ (certified UNI EN ISO 9001) to offer the best in the field of light prefabrication.‎ With the panels TERMOPARETI® it’s possible to realize walls, claddings internal partitions and false ceilings.‎ For tailor made projects the company produces particular joints and special components such as spherical, right and curved connections with thermic cut, to be used to reach a high aesthetic standard.‎ Peculiar characteristics The panels TERMOPARETI® are equipped, in the female joint, with a special continuous PVC fixed-in profile, to increase the overall fixing stability of the panel and to avoid detachments of the supports from the insulation either during their handling or in the working phase (excluded thicknesses mm.‎ 120-150-180) Further info from manufacturer on TERMOPARETI® WPM/C ELCOM SYSTEM
