FIBRAN CEMNEXT - ПPrefabricated panel

The CEMNEXT slab is made of Portland cement, aggregates and other inorganic materials; both sides are reinforced with glass fibre firmly embedded in the cement matrix.‎ Field of application CEMNEXT is ideal for indoor or outdoor applications and can be used to create walls, ventilated facades, false ceilings and general cladding.‎ The surface of CEMNEXT can be smoothed and painted or it can be used as a support for ceramic finishes or ETICS components (external insulation systems).‎ Outdoor application CEMNEXT can be installed horizontally or vertically on steel or wooden structures.‎ The sheet is easily cut using a common cutter and must be fixed using the Next Screw.‎ The joints are treated using CEMNEXT Tape glass fibre mesh tape and Next Coat smoothing compound.‎ The entire surface is finally smoothed using NEXT MESH ETAG004 glass fibre mesh and Next Coat skim coat.‎ Transport and storage CEMNEXT cement slabs are delivered in pallets of 36 pieces.‎ A forklift capable of lifting not less than 2000 kg should be used to handle the pallets.‎ Storage areas capable of supporting the weight of the pallets (up to 1500 kg/pallet) must be provided.‎ Particular care must be taken to ensure that pallets are stable when placed on top of each other.‎ The maximum number of pallets that can be stacked is 6.‎ Store CEMNEXT cement slabs in a dry place protected from prolonged exposure to excessive moisture.‎ Allow the slabs to acclimatise to ambient humidity before installation.‎
