SYSTEM ONE - Поворотная петля
System One is FritsJurgens’ most compact and narrow pivot hinge – a single pivot point, offering a free-swing pivot door for doors with slim door frames.
Compact and slim
System One acts as a single pivot point without hold positions or self-closing features. It is a simple, slim and narrow, yet broadly applicable pivot hinge.
Free swing
The simplicity of System One allows for free swing pivot doors that can easily be combined with door frames.
Single- and double acting doors
System One’s free rotation means that this pivot hinge can be applied in both single- and double-acting pivot doors.
SYSTEM ONE
The new System One is only 18 mm high, much slimmer than the previous One. It is available in two versions: the regular System One 70 mm, and System One 40 mm.
System One 70 mm has a pivot point from 70 mm from the side of the door to the middle placement. System One 40 mm can be combined with Top pivot 40 mm and has a fixed pivot point of 40 mm from the side of the door. Internally, these products are the same.
Two cover plates are available for System One 40 mm, just like for System M and M+ 40 mm. These are also available in the same colors: stainless steel and black.
The new One has, like the old One, a load-bearing capacity of up to five hundred kilograms. This new system can be used for every solution that the old One could. And, combined with Top pivot Reversed, it is now possible to create extremely thin door frames.
Floor plate squared NA
The new System One also has a new interface. It is not actually new: the new System One has the same interface that System M and M+ already have. A new spindle for the One also means a new floor plate.
This is Floor plate NA: floor plate non-adjustable. System One doesn’t have any additional features, so this floor plate does not need an adjustable floor plate, like System M+ and M.
This floor plate is available in one finish, brushed stainless steel 316, and has brass floor plate pins as you’re used to.
This new floor plate creates more uniformity with the System M range, fits the overall product design better, and reduces the gap between the door and the floor plate. The old System One had a 13 millimeters gap under the door. With this new floor plate, this gap is reduced to 11 millimeters.
Top pivot Reversed, or TP-R
A product you might already know: Top pivot Reversed is placed inside the top jamb or ceiling.
The pivot point can range from 130 millimeters to middle placement. This is without adapters, which you need when you apply TP-R in aluminum or steel frames.
This system is adjustable from the ceiling or top jamb instead of the door’s side. You don’t need to drill holes in the side of your door or use a Hexagon Guide.
TP-R has a 15 mm pin. This means there’s no differentiation between a 10 mm and a 15 mm version, as with TP-40 and TP-70. This is one product for all weight classes.
Because the product is in the ceiling, you can opt for very thin door frames, especially when you combine TP-R with the new System One. TP-R is compatible with every FritsJurgens pivot hinge.
A pivot door needs various components:
- Top pivot: The top pivot is mounted into the top of the door. It uses a so-called pinhole connection, in which the pin is fixed to the top pivot and goes into the hole in the ceiling plate when the door is placed.
- Top pivot Regular
- Top pivot Cable Grommet - Suitable for: System One, System 3, System M, System M+: Designed to easily pull cables through the top pivot
- Top pivot 70 mm - Suitable for: System One, System 3, System M, System M+: All-rounder: suitable for almost every pivot door and situation
- Top pivot 40 mm - Suitable for: System M, System M+: Ideal for construction and renovation with standard widths
- Bottom pivot: The bottom pivot is the pivot mechanism and driver of the pivot door and is fitted in the bottom side of the door. The pivot mechanism therefore is virtually invisible. FritsJurgens bottom pivots have a load bearing capacity for pivot doors up to 500 Kg.
The bottom pivot offers several features, depending on the choice of bottom pivot, such as: hold positions, self-closing, damper control, latch control, 30° speed control, free swing.
The bottom pivots placement determines the the spatial impact that thepivot door will have on its surroundings. Besides a more regular side placement to create pivot doors, FritsJurgens pivot hinges are also suitable for 360 degree rotating panels or walls.
- Ceiling plate: The ceiling plate is fitted in the ceiling, where the pin of the top pivot seamlessly fits into the hole in the ceiling plate. The ceiling plate is available in two finishes: brushed stainless steel and black.
- Floor plate: Every FritsJurgens floor plate is mounted 8 mm in the floor. This is sufficient for almost every floor type and makes it possible to combine FritsJurgens’ hinges with floor heating. Two longer, shortenable floor plate pins of 30 mm are included with the square floor plate designs.
There are various floor plates available for System M+. The standard floor plate is available in four designs: brushed stainless steel (Series 420) and PVD black in a round and a square version. Also available is floor plate Flush, which can be integrated into thresholds and into interior floors. The floor plates by FritsJurgens are made of solid tempered steel and, therefore, entirely scratch resistant.
