The KX300® variable flow pressurisation kit is the result of a project developed on FSP SISTEMI's thirty years' experience in electrical and electronic applications for active fire safety.‎ The company's philosophy has always focused not only on reliability but also on the simplicity of installation and management of its products, convinced that in an emergency, operational simplicity is important.‎ The KX300® fully respects this philosophy.‎ Complex programming and non-essential functions that could cause confusion by risking wrong choices have been avoided.‎ The possibility of setting operating modes that do not comply with current standards has been avoided.‎ The main features - Outstanding performance, rapid filter pressurisation (even in less than 1 second).‎ - Innovative variable flow technology.‎ - Pressurisation unit that can be installed either flush or surface mounted.‎ - Wide choice of fans with different heads and flow rates, all with long life.‎ - Microprocessor-controlled PID logic controller or differential pressure switch always included in the kit in accordance with EN 12101-6.‎ - Emergency operation autonomy even up to 3 hours.‎ - Can be activated either from the general fire detection system, from a dedicated system or maintained in operation at all times.‎ - CE Marking - Functional test certified by an institute authorised by the Ministry of the Interior - VF: at 30 Pa according to DM 18-10-2019 and previous and at 50 Pa according to EN 12101-6.‎ KX300® Pressuriser for smoke-proof filtersThe KX300®kit consists of: - Pressurisation unit with a large capacity long life electric fan inserted in a plenum provided with a grid with variable fins, can be mounted either exposed or recessed.‎ The power of the fan allows, in many cases, the use of REI ducts with a reduced diameter with consequent economic and space advantages.‎ In the version with electro-fan EV300 it is able to pressurise to 0.‎30 mbar (DM 30/11/83) in less than 1" even large filters and to 0.‎50 mbar (UNI EN 12101-6) in just over 1".‎ - Power supply and control unit comprising a switching power supply and large capacity solid gel type accumulator batteries that allow the electro-fan a long operating autonomy even in emergency conditions (blackout).‎ The electrical control lines are positive safety: interruption of the cable does not stop the fan.‎ - D safety device "differential pressure switch", stops the fan if the overpressure inside the filter reaches an excessive value.‎ Value can be freely set according to design (standard UNI EN12101-6).‎ - Electronic circuit on board inserted in the same power supply unit, monitors the status of the system by signalling the following statuses by means of differently coloured LEDs: mains presence (green LED), correct output voltage (green LED), low voltage (yellow LED), high charging voltage (red LED).‎ NA-NC output for remotely sending a fault signal to a surveillance station, building automation system or other computerised alarm centralisation system.‎ Certificate No.‎ 2050/09
