GE556 is a family of user satellites for direct metering of heat energy in central heating with zone distribution where the final user requires sanitary water production.‎ The unit is composed of a small boiler without combustion for heating operation and sanitary water production fit with the units for conditioning and enabled for an additional unit for sanitary water.‎ Optionally, also the consumption of cold sanitary water can be measured with a volumetric water meter.‎ The thermal energy metering is carried out by an energy meter that complies with the MID Directive (2004/22/EC) and arranged for communication according to the M-Bus standard.‎ Further info from manufacturer on GE556 Giacomini
