DISTORTION rug designed by Marco Piva for Illulian , part of the limited edition Collection line, handmade from Himalayan wool, pure silk, and vegetable dyes.‎ Part of the Imaginary Space Collection, this rug handcrafted by Nepalese weavers is an ode to dynamism.‎ The sinuous design (H .‎07cm) of intertwining bands emerging from a blue base (H .‎05cm) delivers a sense of distortion that names the piece and hints at the gesture of intertwining fibers - in this case, 50% silk and 50% Himalayan wool with 152,000 knot/sqm.‎ though all models are completely customizable in terms of size, colors, shape and composition.‎
