San D circle rug designed by Hvn Studio for Illulian, belonging to the Limited Edition line, handmade with Himalayan wool, natural silk and vegetable colors.
From the Chinese word for "three dimensional" where "d" alone also means floor, this precious rug is crafted by master weavers in Nepal. "San" means three and refers to the number of layers composing each of the streamlined, .07cm-high designs that emerge from the .05cm-high base. Hand-knotted of 50% silk and 50% Himalayan wool with 152,000 knot/sqm, this exclusive rug can be customized.
