Illulian VENEER Patterned rectangular Himalayan Wool rug

Veneer rug designed by Arik Levy for Illulian, belonging to the Limited Edition line, handmade with Himalayan wool, natural silk and vegetable colors.‎ The carpet encapsulates in its appearance the overlapping of ideas, materials, textures and the presence of both man and nature.‎ Turning vegetable into fabric, hard into soft, micro into macro, texture into softness.‎.‎.‎ This pattern expresses an idea that plays with the space of our mind and the space of our living landscape.‎ The carpet is a mineral floor, and what it generates is the desire to walk on it barefoot, which is what I call "emotional ergonomics.‎" By enlarging the wooden structure of different essences from different angles, we discover an infinity of visual references.‎ This concept also has great DNA in its wide adaptability to different scales and locations, atmospheres and styles.‎
