The panels are made of compressed fibres of basalt rock.‎ Strengthened with thermosetting synthetic binders, they are pressed under high pressure and temperature.‎ The panels are characterised by highly effective weather protection outdoors and in humid conditions, they are impact and shock resistant, and resistant to large and abrupt temperature changes.‎ Resistant to chemical products and environmental influences, they have a high UV resistance with colour fastness.‎ Panels made of fibres from basalt rock consist for a part of at least 20% of recycled materials.‎ They are durable and fire-resistant, according to fire protection class B-s2, d0, on request also A2-s1, d0 .‎ Further info from manufacturer on Basalt rock fiber INPEK
