POLYPIR TEGOLA is a structural and load-bearing panel for undertile thermal insulation consisting of a yellow, closed-cell, rigid Polyiso foam expanded between two 50 μm embossed aluminium supports.‎ The panels, battened on 4 sides, declare λD values of 0.‎022 W/mK according to European standard EN 13165, compressive strength values ≥ 150 kPa and have a length of 2400 mm, width equal to the pitch of the tile and thicknesses available from 60 to 120 mm.‎ The panels are fire-rated EUROCLASS E according to the European standard EN 13501-1; they are made load-bearing thanks to the insertion, along their length, of a metal tile-holding profile, equipped with holes to facilitate micro-ventilation under the roofing membrane.‎ Reinforced lath Thanks to a cold-punching process, the profile is closed, a feature that makes it much more rigid and thus prevents it from opening under any load conditions.‎ It also has a greater amount of bending, which further improves its rigidity.‎ Polyiso foam The only one on the market made of polyiso foam which, thanks to a closed cellular structure, allows for maximum thermal performance and maintains it over time.‎ The use of polyiso foam panels with waterproof backing provides the best thermal resistance value.‎ Polyiso foam thermal insulation panel.‎
