ISOTEX - Система опалубки для несущих стен HDIII 44/20 с Neopor® BMBcert™
With BASF's ISOTEX Wood Cement Formwork Block HDIII 44/20 with Neopor® BMBcert™ graphite, external load-bearing walls are realised. The block has a thickness of 44 cm with a continuous insulation insert of 20 cm, maintaining the thickness of the concrete casting of 15 cm, a figure required by the technical standards in force (NTC 2018). Thermal transmittance U=0.15 W/m²K
For the realisation of all ISOTEX products, raw materials of absolute quality are used: 100% recycled fir wood, 99% pure Portland cement, iron oxide, water, to obtain a healthy product, free of additives and chemical substances. The wood is mineralised with the use of a natural mineral, which makes it inert and therefore resistant to fire (REI120 - REI240), atmospheric agents and parasites.
Much importance is also given to the quality and sustainability of the insulating insert inside the ISOTEX formwork block as BASF's EPS made of Neopor® BMBcert™ insulation was chosen where up to 100% of primary fossil sources are replaced by sustainable and certified renewable sources, i.e. biomass. An innovation that reduces CO2 emissions by 42% compared to traditional Neopor®.
All Isotex products meet the CAM requirements necessary to access the PNRR and SUPERBONUS (Ecobonus + Sismabonus) school building incentives, thanks to the ANAB/ICEA Green Building Certification, VOC test, Environmental Product Declaration (EPD/FDES) and ReMade in Italy Certification for Isotex Total Green (100% recycled) and Isotex Green (15% recycled) insulating inserts, made of Neopor® BMBcert™ by BASF.
Research and innovation have led ISOTEX to produce, for over 10 years now, the innovative 'H' shaped blocks. In addition to guaranteeing perfect continuity of insulation (+15/18%), the concrete pillars formed during casting are perfectly aligned at a constant width in height and this allows an increase in the load-bearing capacity of the walls by 45%.
ADVANTAGES OF THE ISOTEX CONCRETE SYSTEM:

Reduced construction costs
Ready todeliver material
* Calculation of the thermal transmittance was performed according to the criteria of UNI 10355 and UNI EN ISO 6946, using a three-dimensional finite element calculation programme validated according to EN 10211/1 and based on thermal conductivity data obtained from experimental tests (see website).
** Indicative two-dimensional calculation according to UNI-TS 13788, UNI 10355 and UNI 10351.
*** Note: Test certificates can be requested from ISOTEX or consulted on the website. These are in situ tests whose data were processed according to the indications provided in the new technical standards currently in force (UNI EN ISO 140 series standards and UNI EN ISO 717 series standards).
**** Tests carried out in the laboratory in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 140-3:2006 and UNI EN ISO 717-1:2007 standards.
