ITALFIM RB 35 - Растянутая сетка для отделки фасадов
StretchingProcess
Stretched mesh is obtained by engraving and cold pressing raw material into rolls or sheets. The shape of the knives that engrave the sheet determines the shape and width of the mesh. There is no processing waste; the semi-finished product has a strong, seamless structure. Manufacturing experience enables ITALFIM to offer a professional range of microgrids and meshes that can be configured in terms of shape, mesh size and material thickness. A wide range of materials suitable for deep drawing can be used: carbon steel, galvanised carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, titanium, other metal alloys and non-metallic materials.
Expanded metal mesh is available in coils and sheets in commercial thicknesses and sizes. On request, it can be cut to the desired dimensions; calendered or flattened to initial thickness.
Mesh size: 6 different mesh collections with different shapes are available:
rhomboidal
square
round
hexagonal
ornamental (Collection line)
architectural meshes (Stil-Tech line)
In the section 'Expanded Nets' the standard configurations of all the meshes are presented, which are also present in ITALFIM's General Catalogue.
The correct identification of the characteristics of a mesh is linked to its shape, which is why the legend is customised by type. The choice of the right mesh is linked to the application for which the material is intended; the uses of expanded metal mesh are truly numerous and only long experience and great professionalism such as ITALFIM's can guide you in your choice. The ornamental meshes and meshes of the Stil-Tech Line have very original and varied shapes and are widely used for aesthetic functions.
Advantages of expanded metal mesh
Made-to-measure: one of ITALFIM's strengths is the production of pieces to customer design, made-to-measure with assemblies of components and details. also assemblies for finished products.
Machinable: the structure of the expanded material can be subjected to various processes such as bending, re-bending, drawing, ribbing, plasma cutting, plating, corrugating.
Ladderproof: when cut, the edges do not fray and the mesh does not lose its openness; it is easier to work than woven mesh as it does not warp or unravel.
Configurable: it is possible to obtain meshes in thousands of dimensional variations: 'microgrids' with 100 micron holes for filtration and gratings with structural capacities from 10 mm thick.
Transparent: Allows the flow of light, air, liquids, dust and sound waves for an infinite number of applications.
Resistant: withstands high loads and forms a solid protective barrier. Protection (the continuity of the material structure is guaranteed)
Economical: Expanded metal mesh is more economical than perforated metal mesh as it does not give rise to scrap
Choice of materials and finishes: Materials suitable for deep drawing are used and various types of stainless steel or galvanised carbon steel can be expanded according to corrosion resistance requirements. Aluminium, due to its lightness, is used for aesthetic purposes but also for industrial filter panels.
Aesthetics: the harmony of the geometry, the luminous backgrounds, and the resistance make it a highly appreciated material in architectural design and also in high-end fittings.
Recyclable: it can be recycled and does not pollute the environment
The Stil-Tech line offers a vast range of expanded mesh shapes, materials and colours: perfect for modern, personalised cladding of small or large surfaces.
