IVAR - Станция мгновенного нагрева воды
The instantaneous heating of domestic hot water (DHW) is a refined alternative to heating in a storage tank that minimises the risk of proliferation of bacteria such as legionella and allows simple and total management of the water heater function. SAP and SAP-C are DHW instantaneous heating modules suitable for multi-family and apartment building utilities. SAP / SAP-C are connected to an inertial storage tank containing primary water heated by one or more generators. This water is sent to a high efficiency heat exchanger, which instantly transfers the heat to the domestic hot water on the secondary. The primary circulator is modulated by an electronic control unit according to the temperature read by the flow/temperature sensor, installed on the DHW outlet, compared to the set point set by the user. SAP and SAP-C are available in different sizes, in variants with or without a recirculation circuit, also with mixing valves and thermostatic heads on the primary side to limit the exchanger inlet temperature. The product code refers to the maximum flow rate of domestic hot water in litres per minute that can be heated from10°C to 45°C at a boiler temperature of 60°C.
Attention. The application of the KIT MIX SAP C to a SAP-C module without mixing valve will convert it into a module with
a smaller mixer. For example, applying the SAP C MIX KIT to a SAP-C-30E converts it into a SAP-C-25ME.
Can be connected in cascade
For systems with very high or highly variable requirements, it is possible to connect several units in parallel and operate them in cascade. The master management system (control unit, VFS meter and domestic hot water solenoid valves) leaves each heater the task of adjusting its operating parameters and carries out the rotation of the starts, so that the first element of the cascade is not excessively stressed.
In case water can reach high temperatures (> 70 °C) within the storage tank, “M” versions of SAP can be chosen: these models feature a thermostatic 3-way mixing valve installed upstream the exchanger primary inlet, in order to limit the inlet temperature and to reduce the risk of limescale formation on the secondary side.
Available in several sizes (30 to 100 l/min) and variants (with or without recirculation circuit, which can be managed by the onboard controller, too), SAP is equipped with integral expandedpolypropylene insulation shell and with all the accessories premounted: just plug SAP in, and it is ready to work!
Cascade SAPs
For extremely high or extremely variable demands, more identical SAP units can be connected in parallel and operated in cascade.
The master management system (controller, VFS sensor and motorized tap water valves) leaves each SAP the task of regulating its own working parameters, and manages the turnover of startings, in order not to stress the first element of the cascade too much.
