MESH TRACK® - Сетка для основания полов
MESH TRACK® is a hexagonal twisted steel mesh, reinforced with flat twisted wires that optimise anchorage and treated with a corrosion-resistant coating, suitable for reinforcing and strengthening road foundations.
Advantages:
-Increased resistance to structural failure
-Increased surface fatigue strength
-Increased load-bearing capacity
-Reduction in road foundation thickness
-Less excavation
-Less soil to be moved
-Saving of expensive backfill material
-Faster execution times
Steel, the reinforcement for the best road paving.
" High stiffness
" No slackening of mesh
" Permeable separating layer
" High mechanical interlock
" Effective load distribution
" Remarkable anchoring capacity
Mesh with strong gravel interlock
" Due to heavy traffic, aggregates are pushed into the subgrade.
" Mesh Track gives high mechanical interlock with crushed aggregates; the foundation is anchored, the mesh absorbs and distributes the stresses transmitted to it (interlock effect).
" As a result, the foundation can resist tensile forces and avoid deformation of the road.
Installation procedure and recommendations1
. Fix the beginning of the first roll with galvanised steel stakes. Before the posts are fixed, the net is unrolled to a length of 10 m and oriented to run in the desired direction. 2. Unroll from the top of the roll by driving in reverse, so that the curves of the net are unloaded. Avoid driving over the net. 3. Forming a curve: - cut the net from the inside of the curve; - form the curve by overlapping the net. 4. Joining MT: - longitudinal = overlap the ends; - transverse = overlap by 30 cm. 5. Empty the gravel truck at the beginning of the net. Stand with the truck wheels on the gravel. 6. Level the gravel, without driving directly on the net. 7. Compacting the foundation layer
