MADRAS® STRIP

Madras® Strip is a decorated satin glass.‎ It screens vision while preserving privacy and brightness.‎ One side of the plate is chemically and permanently etched so that it partially screens vision whilst allowing light through.‎ Its texture is satin-finish and very slightly in relief with respect to the slightly etched, brilliant ground.‎ Exceptional fingerprint resistance and easy to clean.‎ Base product: float glass to EN 572 1-2.‎  Colours: extraclear, clear, bronze, grey.‎ Compatible processing: all mechanical and thermal processes compatible with the base material: cutting, grinding, bevelling, drilling, laminating, toughening, bending, double glazing, painting, enamelling etc.‎ Applications Internal: doors, partitions walls, furniture, shower screens etc.‎ External: façades, parapets, shelters etc.‎ The new Transparent Madras®: a range of textures designed to celebrate glass in all its purity and add a touch of scintillating personality to bathrooms.‎ Barely perceptible to the touch, these textures give the glass character without compromising its transparency.‎ Light is refracted by the finely textured parts to bring the entire surface alive.‎ Maximum simplicity and purity.‎ In choosing a texture, you should also keep in mind the sort of impact – greater or lesser – you want the glass shower wall or partition to have.‎ These Madras® models range from the simplicity of thin stripes to the chunkiness of 3D, from delicate nuancing to the exquisiteness of certain geometrical patterns.‎ Further info from manufacturer on MADRAS® STRIP Madras®
