SB EGH 50 is a wood-concrete formwork block.‎ Technical characteristics:  Type of insulation: EPS+Graphite Insulation thickness: 20 Concrete thickness: 18  Litres of concrete per wall: 151 Weight of block in Kg.‎ +/- 10%: 12 Weight of plastered wall: 474 Wall transmittance "U "*: 0.‎12 Surface mass: 429 * Thermal transmittance calculated using the two-dimensional method according to UNI-TS 13788, UNI 10355 and UNI 10351 The new H-shaped blocks not only provide greater continuity of insulation, but also allow the blocks to be perfectly staggered while maintaining the net concrete cross-section, facilitating installation and increasing the load-bearing capacity of the walls.‎ The quality of the product starts with the raw material.‎ The company produces the blocks using only the chips from PEFC certified spruce, only raw material that guarantees high quality standards; sawdust and dust are removed with special vibrating screens.‎ The petrified wood chips are mixed with “Portland” cement, and then printed and dried naturally, so as to obtain a fully ecological block that does not burn, does not rot, is highly breathable and has high thermal and acoustic insulation.‎ For purely acoustic blocks, the density is further increased.‎
