Pratiko Grey EPS 80 is a molded EPS sheet with graphite, suitable for the insulation of pitched roofing on wood, brick and concrete slabs, for the insulation of flat roofs, ventilated facades and hollow core masonry.‎ Thicknesses from 50 to 70 mm.‎ Sharp edge.‎ TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS.‎ Thermal conductivity: λ = 0.‎030 W/mK Thermal resistance (depending on thickness): 1.‎70 to 4.‎70 (m2K)/W Compressive strength: 80 KPa Flexural strength: ≥ 170 KPa Slab dimensions: Sharp-edged version - 1200x600 mm Hinged version - 1215x615 mm Thicknesses: 50 to 140 mm Approximately 40-50% of heat loss in a building envelope occurs mainly through the opaque vertical surfaces, i.‎e.‎ from the perimeter walls and roof.‎ By correctly acting on the thermal insulation of these parts of the building, it is possible to consume less energy, improve living comfort, save money and contribute to environmental protection.‎ This is why Primate, on the strength of its know-how, has developed a range of specific moulded products to respond technically and with quality to the intrinsic problems and peculiarities of both façades and roofs.‎ The Primate TERMIKO panel line is offered in Grey, Start GeoGreen, Floor GeoGreen and Pixel versions, all with different thermal insulation conductivities, dedicated performance values and requirements, a useful 1200x600 mm size and a wide range of thicknesses to adequately respond to a variety of technical and application needs in ETICS cladding systems, ventilated façade insulation systems, cavity insulation, floor and foundation insulation.‎ The Primate PRATIKO Grey and Pixel Lastra product lines have been specifically designed for the thermal dispersions generated by roofs and different types of roofs.‎ They are available with all-sided or sharp-edged rebates, in different panel thicknesses, with a useful size of 1200x600 mm.‎ The range of Primate PRATIKO Tegola and Coppo shaped elements in the Grey and Basic versions guarantee greater roof longevity thanks to the special shaping consisting of continuous channels with a constant cross-section that ensure micro-ventilation of the roof covering together with the absence of thermal bridges thanks to their double interlocking on all sides.‎ Lastly, Primate VENTILO is a prefabricated panel composed of a sheet of expanded polystyrene coupled with a resistant OSB-3 panel intended to support any type of roofing, compatible with any substrate and pitch gradient.‎ It is ideal for ventilated roofs and is available in different thicknesses in both the Grey and Basic versions.‎
