PRIMATE PHONOPER DS
PRIMATE PHONOPER DS is an adhesive "double-thickness" perimeter strip for wall-mounting the anti-impact mat, consisting of a vertical part in 6 mm thick closed-cell polyethylene foam and a horizontal part in 100 µm (0.1 mm) thick HDPE. Height 25 cm of which 10 cm base and 15 cm vertical.
Also available in XL version: Height 25 cm of which 10 cm base and 15 cm vertical.
Primate presents PHONO, a range of easy products, suitable for most construction solutions, with high performance: a complete system with all the accessories and components needed to create the "acoustic system". The materials in the range are specifically designed for acoustic insulation in construction, and for the healthiness of the environments in which they are used: they are functional materials that maintain their performance over time, are non-toxic and non-allergenic, durable, rot-proof, water-resistant, impervious to external agents, and do not contain volatile agents (VOC). Simplicity in the choice and consistency in the product range are the guidelines for Primate PHONO: the product range has been designed according to the applications, identifying a single primary material specific to the application, which is then declined in the different versions adaptable to the different real cases. The aim of the Primate PHONO range is to provide a simple system, consisting of a versatile and universal product with different declinations according to the specific needs that may arise on site, as well as a range of indispensable and essential accessories. In particular, for the horizontal, a polymeric blend based on chemically cross-linked, closed-cell polyethylene foam has been developed, capable of providing excellent elastic and compressive strength properties, as well as excellent acoustic properties when coupled with a high grammage polyester fibre.
For wall acoustic insulation, Primate has developed a solution in thermal-bonded PET fibre, for its well-known acoustic performance characteristics of inalterability over time and constancy of performance, and water resistance, which make it unique in the building sector. The range is therefore completed with soundproofing materials for applications where a mass contribution is required, and resilient materials for floor renovation. All the materials in the Primate PHONO range contribute to achieving credits for the environmental certification of a building according to the LEED or ITACA protocols.
A non-toxic and non-allergenic material that does not contain harmful substances, so it can be handled safely during the laying phase and does not alter the health of the environment once laid. A material that is impervious to external agents is hypoallergenic and does not allow the accumulation of dust and mites, as well as other insects.
