PRIMATE PHONOMAX SUPERIOR - Антивибрационный мат

PRIMATE PHONOMAX SUPERIOR is a high-resilience, 10 mm thick anti-impact mat.‎ It is composed of PRIMATE PHONOPRO 5, a chemically cross-linked expanded polyethylene specifically designed for acoustic insulation, coupled on the upper side with a heavy elastomeric membrane weighing 2 kg/sqm, covered by a non-woven fabric with an anti-tear function.‎ On the lower side, it is coupled with high-grammage (200 gr/sqm) and high-compression resistance PHONOTEK SR R-PET PLUS.‎ Thanks to the combined characteristics of the three products, PRIMATE PHONOMAX SUPERIOR guarantees exceptional insulation against impact noise and airborne noise, both with traditional and lightweight floor slabs.‎ Lay the mat with the rubber side facing up.‎ PRIMATE PHONOMAX SUPERIOR has obtained the accredited certification for recycled content verification REMADE IN ITALY in Class C and complies with Criterion 2.‎5.‎7 of CAM – DM 23/06/2022 (Minimum Environmental Criteria) for recycled content.‎ Bureau Veritas Certificate n.‎ 1246/001.‎ Furthermore, it has obtained from Bureau Veritas the validation of compliance with other requirements for acoustic insulators requested by CAM Edilizia – Criterion 2.‎5.‎7 mentioned above – namely: it is not produced using flame retardants that are subject to restrictions/prohibitions provided for by applicable national or EU regulations; it is not produced with blowing agents with an ozone depletion potential greater than zero; it is not produced or formulated using lead catalysts when sprayed or during the formation of plastic foam; if produced from an expandable polystyrene resin, the blowing agents are less than 6% by weight of the finished product.‎ Primate presents PHONO, a range of easy products, suitable for most construction solutions, with high performance: a complete system with all the accessories and components needed to create the 'acoustic system'.‎ The materials in the range are specifically designed for acoustic insulation in construction, and for the healthiness of the environments in which they are used: they are functional materials that maintain performance over time, are non-toxic and non-allergenic, durable, rot-proof, water-resistant, impervious to external agents, and do not contain volatile agents (VOC).‎ Simplicity in the choice and consistency in the product range are the guidelines for Primate PHONO: the product range is designed according to the applications, identifying a single primary material specific to the application, which is then declined in the different versions adaptable to the different real cases.‎ The aim of the Primate PHONO range is to provide a simple system, consisting of a versatile and universal product with different declinations according to the specific needs that may arise on site, as well as a range of indispensable and essential accessories.‎ In particular, a polymeric blend based on chemically cross-linked, closed-cell polyethylene foam has been developed for the horizontal, capable of providing excellent elastic and compressive strength properties, as well as excellent acoustic properties when coupled with a high grammage polyester fibre.‎ The range is therefore completed with soundproofing materials for applications where a mass contribution is required, and resilient materials for floor renovation.‎ All materials in the Primate PHONO range contribute to achieving credits for the environmental certification of a building according to LEED or ITACA protocols.‎
