PROJECT FOR BUILDING OLYMPUS - Опалубка колонная
"OLYMPUS' is a formwork, made of treated wood panels, with incorporated metal strips. The main feature of "OLYMPUS" is the possibility of constructing pillars with variable width dimensions, starting from cm. 15 with multiples of 5 up to cm. 45. The assembly of "OLYMPUS" is very fast, in fact, assembly times are reduced by 1/10 compared to the traditional system of panels and ties.
The traditional system of formwork assembly requires, depending on the phases, at least 2 or 3 operators; with "OLYMPUS" the operators are reduced to 1 or 2.
"OLYMPUS' can be assembled horizontally on site by a single operator and then positioned vertically without the need for additional labour. Furthermore, all site accessories inherent in the assembly of column formwork are completely eliminated. With the system of a horizontally assembled abutment, there is greater accident prevention since operators do not have to climb ladders or scaffolding to complete assembly.
