PROJECT FOR BUILDING REC FLOOR
REC FLOOR is a multi-purpose self-locking tile made of recycled plastic, designed to be usefully employed in various sectors. It has 2,500 holes per m2 for efficient drainage and a special type of attachment that makes it stable. Its main characteristics are its lightness, ease and speed of laying, draining power, resistance to ageing, insensitivity to chemical and bacterial aggression, and above all its non-toxicity, which make it a highly environmentally friendly product.
The use of the flooring is particularly suitable for leisure and sports areas. It responds well to the needs of equipped areas where events take place such as fairs, exhibitions, markets, where it is necessary to have a temporary flooring that is robust, but at the same time easy and quick to lay. It is ideal as a camping floor, in fact laid in front of caravans, campers, tents, it creates a flat draining and self-cleaning surface that is easy to dismantle at any time.
In children's playgrounds or volleyball courts it has proven to be functional, safe and aesthetically pleasing. This flooring is suitable for shower and changing rooms in gyms and sports complexes. In open areas of restaurants, bars or meeting places, it is the ideal flooring for tables and chairs, as it can be removed as easily as it was laid and stored for later use.
Thanks to its characteristics of robustness and lightness, the multi-purpose self-blocking tile allows the creation of walkways for gardens and swimming pools, floors for garages and warehouses, draining platforms for industrial laundries and anti-static floors for factories.
REC FLOOR has an effective use in the waterproofed flat roofing sector
. The 'warm roof' represents the typical case in which the waterproof covering is superimposed on the insulation layer and necessarily requires protection against natural ageing and possible damage. REC FLOOR ensures this type of protection and at the same time allows the total utilisation of the surface from the point of view of walkability and overloading mainly due to its light weight.
- The roofing package known as "inverted roof", on the other hand, refers to the case in which the insulating layer consisting of an extruded polyethylene panel is superimposed on the waterproof covering; the need, therefore, to ballast in order to counteract the natural buoyancy can be resolved with flooring.
