SECCO SISTEMI 4F AF Continuous facade system

Curtain wall mullions and self-supporting fire-resistant cross EI 30-60-90, with external pressure available in four materials Description In the design of facades, fireproof, Dry Systems maintains the aesthetic and functional characteristics of its products.‎ As an internal partition or as outer jacket, the 4F AF system accurately reproduces the image of the project, both in materials, both in construction details.‎ The excellent physical-mechanical characteristics make the fire-resistant system also using profiles with sections and very reduced depth.‎ Elements and components are specially designed to meet the requirements of structural resistance at internal temperatures of 1000 ° C: maintenance of the external surface temperatures below 180 ° C, absence of flammable hot fumes, conservation unchanged performance for a duration of up to 90 minutes, with size and weight of the magnitudes of glasses out of the ordinary.‎ Materials galvanized steel, stainless steel, corten steel   system performance In 4F AF system, either used as internal or external wall partition, will be provided for compartments that by adopting profiles of different sizes, using materials and appropriate glass types and special accessories, you can customize the solutions and make the versatile system, so as to can vary the resistance to fire minutes from E30 up to EI90 minutes, with the removal of the inner surface temperature.‎ Such benefits shall be tested by the best European certification laboratories.‎   estate capacity of the frame to prevent the passage of flames, fumes and combustion gases irradiation capacity of the frame to contain the radiation at one meter from the exposed side insulation ability of the frame to hold the temperature on the side not exposed to the flames Further info from manufacturer on 4F AF SECCO SISTEMI
