Systab - Микропали

The Systab micropiling system allows for the construction of deep foundations with a particularly innovative methodology based on high-strength structural steel modular piles with the following characteristics: - diameter 76 - 114 mm - thickness 8 mm - threaded coupling The installation takes place with the aid of hydraulic jacks attached to the building foundation by means of dedicated steel plates, which are firmly anchored to the foundation by means of special fasteners.‎ The building foundation and the overlying structure effectively create the contrasting structure that allows the battery of elements to be driven in deep until the solid horizon is reached.‎ Once the pile driving is complete, the pile-foundation connection is made using the same steel plates used for driving and the final plate-pile coupling is made using high-strength steel bolts.‎ Prior to the plate-pole coupling, the following operations can be carried out with the help of the same jacks used for driving in the piles: - application of loads greater than the operating loads and consequent inhibition of the primary post-coupling failure; - load test for the testing of the work (which can be carried out on each pole).‎ The intervention has several advantages over traditional piling techniques - reduced impact of the construction site - construction site can also be carried out in confined spaces, interiors and areas that are difficult to reach - fast construction times - no waste material and no need to use mud - piling does not produce vibrations - the load-bearing capacity of each individual pile is tested - a preload is created for each pile to eliminate primary subsidence - if the structure allows it it is possible to recover sagging and lifting of foundations, even of considerable magnitude.‎ Systab 's piling line devices are manufactured with materials of certified origin and processing carried out by a Processing Centre authorised by the competent Ministry, in accordance with the provisions of Ministerial Decree 14 January 2008 "New Technical Standards for Construction" for the use of steel for structural use in construction.‎ SYSTAB micropiling technology allows deep foundations to be built with a quick and low impact construction site, which can be carried out in all site conditions including internal rooms and hard-to-reach areas.‎
